1 lb. ground beef 1/4 c. finely chopped onions 2 Tbsp. freshly chopped basil, parsley or cilantro leaves 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. black pepper 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce (your choice of brand) In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and shape into 4 patties. Grill or broil until done. These may be fried if preferred. Note: When making more than 1 pound, use 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce for each pound of meat. Adjust the rest of the ingredients, too. These burgers will be juicy and tasty.
