2 c. macaroni, precooked
1/4 red pepper, chopped
1/4 c. diced red onion
whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 c. roasted peeled peppers
3/4 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. hot Pepper Jack cheese
salt and pepper
Sauté onion and peppers together. Add all ingredients. Mix
and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Yield: 4
