1 1/2 c. cornbread mix
1/2 c. creamed corn
3/4 c. fat-free cheese, grated
2 Tbsp. oil
3/4 c. skim milk
1/2 c. green onion, chopped
1/4 c. jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 Tbsp. sugar
Mix all ingredients well. Pour the mixture into a greased
8-inch baking dish and bake at 425 degrees for about 20 minutes or until
done. Yields 9 pieces.
