1 large head lettuce
1 onion, cut in rings
1 c. chopped celery
1 green pepper, chopped
2 tomatoes, cut up
1 bag taco shredded cheese
1 1/2 lb. ground meat, cooked, drained and rinsed
in cold water
1 medium can chili beans, drained and washed
1 bottle your favorite Italian dressing
Layer all of the ingredients; pour dressing over all and gently
toss. Top with crumbled taco chips. Refrigerate. Yields 8 to 10
