4 tsp. butter or margarine, softened
4 burger buns, split
2 c. finely shredded cooked chicken
3 Tbsp. to 1/4 c. mild hot pepper sauce (such as
Tabasco garlic flavor)
1 c. each shredded romaine lettuce and diced fresh tomatoes
1/2 c. bottled Blue cheese dressing
Heat broiler. Spread 1/2 teaspoon butter on each bun half.
Broil until toasted. Mix chicken and hot pepper sauce in a small
bowl. Mix lettuce and tomato.
To Assemble: Spread each bun bottom with 1 tablespoon Blue
cheese dressing. Top with 1/2 cup each chicken mixture and lettuce
mixture, another tablespoon dressing and bun top. Yields 4
