English muffin tuna, prepared your favorite way cheese slices (I prefer Cheddar) tomato slices walnuts On a plate open the English muffin to form 2 halves. Do not toast. Butter slightly. Place tuna on both halves, layer with a sprinkling of walnuts, a nice sliced tomato and the cheese slice. Put under broiler until cheese melts. Place a fancy toothpick with a grape on the top of each half. Decorate the plates with fruit slices or for a nice change sprinkle plate with dried cranberries and nuts.
