4 (11-inch) flour tortilla wraps (any flavor)
1/2 c. whipped light roasted garlic cream cheese
1 lb. thinly sliced deli roast beef
2 jars (12 oz.) roasted red peppers, well drained
1 lb. deli coleslaw
Spread each tortilla with 2 tablespoons cream cheese. Top with
roast beef slices, overlapping slightly. Cut or tear peppers in
1-inch wide strips. Scatter over beef. Top each with cole slaw.
Roll up tightly. Cut in half or thirds diagonally. Yields 8 to 12
