French bread, cut lengthwise
green pepper, sliced on the diagonal
red pepper, sliced on the diagonal
onions, sliced on diagonal
roast beef or chicken, cooked and sliced or from deli
Slightly sauté peppers and onions. Put aside. Warm lower half
of bread and layer meat and cheese on top. Put under broiler. Add
jalapeno peppers and sautéed onions and peppers. Add top of bread
and warm one last time. Cut into slices or halves.
The amount of meat and cheese depends on how thick you want
