marble, rye or pumpernickel bread
Thousand Island or Russian dressing
Toast bread. Spread dressing on each slice. Layer corned
beef, drained sauerkraut, top with Swiss cheese and put under
broiler. Place second piece of bread on top of sandwich and slice
at an angle in half.
Note: You can put sandwich together and grill like a cheese
sandwich if you prefer.
