1 (8 oz.) pkg. reduced-fat cream cheese (or use what you prefer)
1 pkg. (12-inch) flour tortilla
5 oz. spinach leaves, trimmed
1 lb. sliced deli turkey
1 (16 oz.) jar chunky salsa, well drained
Spread cream cheese over tortillas. Top with spinach leaves
and turkey slices. Spread drained salsa over turkey. Roll each
tortilla up tightly jelly-roll style and wrap in a large piece of
waxed paper, twisting the ends closed.
To Serve: Cut each wrapped sandwich in half (leave the paper
on). Yields 8 wraps.
