1 lb. lean ground beef 1 onion, chopped 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can Bush's Texas recipe Chili Magic chili starter 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can diced tomatoes 3 medium zucchini, coarsely chopped 1 (16 oz.) pkg. processed cheese spread, cubed 6 baking potatoes In a large skillet, brown the beef with the onion and drain. Add the Chili Magic, tomatoes and zucchini. Cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the cheese, stirring until melted. Split open the baked, warm potatoes and top with the cheesy chili. Optional: Top each with sour cream and sliced scallions. Yields 6 servings.
