1 pkg. frozen green beans (we used canned as I don't like frozen), drained 2 c. frozen corn (again we used canned), drained 1 can condensed cream of celery soup (undiluted) 1 c. chopped onion 1 c. sour cream 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese salt and pepper to taste 1 1/2 c. crushed butter-flavored crackers (about 36 crackers) 1/2 c. French fried onions In a bowl, combine all ingredients except crackers and onions. Place in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with crackers and onions. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes or until heated. Yields 8 servings.
