4 slices bacon
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
2 boxes frozen green beans or fresh beans (cooked or canned),
drain well

Cook bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towel. Reserve 2
tablespoons fat. Add sugar and vinegar to skillet. Heat and add
beans. Heat through. Place in serving bowl and crumble bacon on
top. Yields 4 servings.
