4 c. mashed cooked sweet potatoes
1/3 c. melted butter
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
2 Tbsp. flour
Beat first 5 ingredients together and pour into a buttered
2-quart casserole dish.
Combine chopped pecans, brown sugar and flour. Stir into this
mixture tablespoons melted butter. Sprinkle over potatoes and bake
at 325 degrees for 1 hour. I double this for a party.
