2 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced 4 green onions, thinly sliced 3 small tomatoes, sliced 2 Tbsp. snipped fresh parsley Dressing: 1/4 c. sour cream 1/4 tsp. prepared mustard 2 Tbsp. minced fresh dill 1 Tbsp. vinegar 1 Tbsp. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper In a bowl, combine first 4 ingredients. Combine the dressing ingredients; pour over cucumber mixture and toss gently. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour. Yields 4 to 6.
