1 can evaporated milk
5 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. butter
3 c. 10x powdered sugar
1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
Melt chocolate and butter. Add milk and sugar alternately
until mixture boils and thickens. Take off heat and add vanilla.
Note: This can be done in a microwave. Heat only a minute so
the mixture does not curdle.
