1/2 c. low-fat mayonnaise
1 whole red pepper
1 Tbsp. basil
1 c. fresh parsley
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. red pepper
juice of 1 lemon
Put all ingredients in blender and blend completely. Toss
with cooked pasta. Yields 4 servings.
