1 red pepper, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 c. cooked corn
1/4 c. minced red onion
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash extra spicy seasoning blend
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. honey
Mix well and refrigerate. Add 1/4 cup minced parsley when
ready to serve.
This is great on salmon.
