2 (10 oz.) cans diced tomatoes and green chilies
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
shredded Cheddar cheese and sour cream (optional)
In a saucepan, combine tomatoes, corn and beans and heat
through. Garnish with sour cream and cheese.
This is delicious and also good with cooked, shredded chicken
for a more hearty meal. Yields 4 servings.
