2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 small onion, chopped 2 garlic cloves, chopped 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped 1 (16 oz.) can chicken broth 1 tsp. cumin 1 Tbsp. chili powder 2 corn tortillas salt and pepper to taste Brown bite-size pieces of chicken in saucepan coated with vegetable spray. Add onions and garlic. Sauté until tender. Add remaining canned ingredients, spices and simmer 20 minutes. Cut tortillas into bite size pieces. Drop tortillas in soup and simmer for 5 minutes.
