1 1/2 c. uncooked oats
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. unsweetened applesauce
1 1/2 c. skim milk
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 egg white
3/4 c. uncooked oats
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. melted butter
Combine oats, flour, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda.
Add applesauce, milk, brown sugar, oil and egg white to dry
ingredients. Mix until dry ingredients are moistened. Pour into
