1/2 c. butter or margarine 1 1/2 c. milk 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. cooked ham or bacon 3 eggs 1/2 c. baking mix 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese Melt butter; add milk, salt, eggs and baking mix in blender. Pour into greased 9-inch pan. Add cheese and meat on top. Push down with fork gently. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Allow to set for 10 minutes before cutting. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
