small bottle rum or brandy (as found in the liquor store) 1/2 c. instant Espresso coffee 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. heavy whipping cream 1 pkg. ladyfingers Mix together and put aside the rum or brandy and coffee. Layer ladyfingers in 8 x 8 pan. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup coffee mixture; layer 1/2 the cream cheese mixture. Layer rest of ladyfingers. Sprinkle with rest of coffee and rest of cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with cocoa. Must sit in refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours. Servings: 9.
