2 c. milk 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. biscuit mix (recipe to follow) 4 eggs 1 stick butter or margarine 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla Place in blender. Blend low speed 3 minutes. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle with coconut as desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Biscuit Mix: 2 c. all-purpose flour (do not sift) 1 Tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar 1/2 tsp. salt Mix all together. Use 1/2 cup for recipe. Use the rest to make biscuits. To make mix into biscuits, add 1/2 cup shortening and 2/3 cup milk. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Lower to 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
