15 oz. can black eyed peas
1 can black beans
9 oz. can chopped black olives
4 oz. can green chilies, chopped
2 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
20 green onions, chopped
1/3 c. vinegar
3/4 c. canola oil
garlic salt to taste
Rinse and drain peas and beans. Combine ingredients and chill 8 hours.
