1 Tbsp. butter 1/2 c. chopped pecans 8 oz. cream cheese (softened) 2 tsp. milk 2 1/2 oz. dried beef (chopped) 1 tsp. chopped onion 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/8 tsp. red pepper 1/4 c. chopped green pepper (opt.) 8 oz. sour cream Melt butter and saute pecans; drain and salt. Combine cream cheese and milk; blend. Add beef, onion, green pepper, and seasonings. Fold in sour cream. Put in small casserole dish; add nuts as topping. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
