16 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 Tbsp. milk
4 oz. pkg. dried chipped beef
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. sour cream
4 tsp. minced onion
1 c. chopped pecans (sauteed in 2 tsp. butter)
Mix all ingredients except pecans, then top with pecans. Bake at
350 for 20 minutes. Serve with crackers or chips. Also can be
served cold. Makes approximately 4 cups.
