16 oz. cream cheese (at room temperature) 1/4 c. chopped onion 1/4 c. chopped green pepper 2 tsp. seasoned salt 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained 1/4 c. nuts (pecans are good) Mix all ingredients except nuts and form into a rough ball. Roll ball in chopped nuts, shaping the ball after it's been rolled in the nuts. Serve with crackers.
