2 lbs. Velveeta cheese, grated
8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
2 lbs. grated sharp cheddar cheese (I grate my own)
4 7-oz. jars pimentos, drained
1 qt. Hellmans mayonnaise
Note: This recipe is for a double batch and makes a lot. Might
prefer to cut in half.
Mix all ingredients well and keep refrigerated.
