1 jar marinated artichokes; drain and dry with paper towels; chop finely 1 c. Parmesan cheese 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. sour cream 1/4 tsp. seasoning salt dash of Worcestershire dash of pepper dash of onion powder or minced onions Be sure you have removed all liquid from artichokes. Combine all ingredients and mix. Pour into shallow baking dish (I use a quiche dish). Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes until brown. Serve with Wheat Thin crackers.
