1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 pkg. taco mix
2 cans refried beans
1 can chopped green chilies
2-3 c. shredded Monterey cheese
1 pkg. tortilla chips
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. taco sauce
1 c. pitted black olives (opt.)
Fry beef, onions, and taco mix. Spread beans in 9 x 13 pan; top
with meat mixture. Sprinkle chilies and cover evenly with cheese.
Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Spread chips over top; cover with sour
cream. Serve with taco sauce and pitted black olives.
