1 small can small green peas, drained
1 can French-cut green beans, drained
1 can shoepeg white corn, drained
1 c. onion, finely chopped
1 small jar pimentos, drained
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
Combine peas, beans, corn, onion, and pimentos. In saucepan, heat
sugar and vinegar to melt sugar. Pour over vegetables and stir.
Add oil and mix well. Refrigerate overnight.
