1 large can sauerkraut (rinse under running water)
1 green pepper
1 small jar pimento
1 c. celery
Mix sauerkraut, pepper, pimento, and celery until combined.
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
Mix ingredients until sugar dissolves. Pour dressing over salad and
let stand 30 minutes at room temperature. Cover and refrigerate
for 24 hours.
