20-oz. can crushed pineapple with juice (natural or light juice)
2/3 c. Splenda
1 small box sugar free lemon Jello
8 oz. cream cheese (light)
1 apple, peeled and chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. sugar free Cool Whip
Boil pineapple and Splenda at medium high for 3 minutes. Remove
from heat and add Jello and cream cheese, mixing well. Mix in
remaining ingredients. Pour in 8 x 8 or 13 x 9 dish and chill
