1 lb. bacon, crumbled
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. red seedless grapes, halved
1/2 c. red onion, finely chopped
1/4 c. sugar
7 c. fresh broccoli florets
Cook bacon until crisp. Set aside on a paper towel. In a large
bowl, combine mayonnaise, grapes, red onion, and sugar. Add
broccoli and 2/3 of the bacon. Stir to coat. (Reserve rest of
bacon in refrigerator.) Chill salad, covered, for at least 1 hour.
Sprinkle rest of bacon over salad just before serving.
