1 pkg. lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 can crushed pineapple, with juice
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Mix Jello with boiling water. Cool. Beat cream cheese and Cool
Whip until smooth. Add cooled Jello and mix again. Add pineapple,
celery, and pecans; stir. Pour into 9 x 13 glass dish.
Refrigerate until firm.
