1 c. tomato juice
18 salted crackers, broken into small pieces
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. green pepper, chopped
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 small onion, chopped
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Pour tomato juice over crackers; let stand. Mix all ingredients.
