1 large box curly macaroni
1/2 c. oil
1 onion, chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
2 small jars pimento
1 tsp. black pepper
1 medium cucumber (opt.)
Cook macaroni in salted water per instructions on box; drain and
cool. Combine remaining ingredients and add to macaroni.
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Accent
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
Combine all ingredients and heat until mixture just starts to boil.
Remove from heat and cool. Add to macaroni. Let set in
refrigerator overnight. Add 1 cucumber (if desired) just before
