1 1/2 c. uncooked macaroni rings (= 3 c. cooked) 8 oz. can crushed pineapple 4 eggs 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 c. lemon juice 3 c. apples, peeled and diced 1 c. whipping cream 1 c. cherries (opt.) Drain pineapple, saving juice. Chill pineapple. Combine eggs, sugar, lemon juice and pineapple juice. Cook and stir until thick. Add cooked macaroni. Cover and chill overnight.
