1 1/2 c. uncooked macaroni rings (= 3 c. cooked)
8 oz. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
3 c. apples, peeled and diced
1 c. whipping cream
1 c. cherries (opt.)
Drain pineapple, saving juice. Chill pineapple. Combine eggs,
sugar, lemon juice and pineapple juice. Cook and stir until thick.
Add cooked macaroni. Cover and chill overnight. Whip cream until
stiff, then add fruit and fold into macaroni.
