6 tomatoes, diced
1/2 red onion, minced
3 Tbsp. fresh cilantro
1/2 jalape¤o pepper, seeded & minced
1/2 lime, juiced (save juice)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pinch garlic powder
1 pinch ground cumin
salt and pepper to taste
Stir tomatoes, onion, cilantro, pepper, lime juice, garlic, garlic
powder, cumin, salt and pepper in a bowl. Refrigerate 3 hours.
Serve with tortilla chips, over tacos, or other Mexican dishes.
