2 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 small red onion, chopped
1/4 c. chopped fresh cilantro
1 jalapeno, chopped (use gloves when chopping)
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1/2 tsp. cayenne (or to taste)
1 clove garlic, grated
salt to taste
Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Great for tacos. Double
recipe for large family.
