1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/4 c. sliced carrot
2 10-oz. cans chili style tomatoes with green chilies
2 5.5-oz. cans spicey hot or regular vegetable juice
16-oz. can kidney beans, drained
15-oz. can black beans, drained
1 tsp. bottled minced garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
Combine all ingredients in a 5-qt. slow cooker. Cover and cook on
low 8 hours.
