2 stalks celery, sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 carrots, sliced
5 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 tsp. thyme
dash garlic powder
6 medium potatoes, cubed
3 c. water
3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 t. rosemary, crushed
2 c. milk
Saute celery and onion in butter. Add all ingredients except milk.
Cover and simmer until tender (20 minutes). Add milk, stirring
constantly until hot.
