16 oz. bag frozen hash browns
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. ready-to-serve chicken broth
2 c. water
1 c. cream of celery soup
1 c. cream of chicken soup
2 c. milk
Combine first 4 ingredients in a Dutch oven. Bring to a boil,
cover, reduce heat, and simmer 30 minutes. Stir in soups and milk.
Simmer 30 more minutes. Garnish with cheese, ham, or bacon.
