3 c. potatoes, peeled and chopped 3 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. celery, chopped 1/4 c. onions, chopped 1 tsp. parsley flakes 1 tsp. salt dash pepper 1 chicken bouillon cube 2 c. milk 2 Tbsp. flour 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed Combine potatoes, water, celery, onions, parsley flakes, seasonings, and bouillon cube. Bring to a boil; simmer for 20-25 minutes, covered. Gradually add milk to flour, stirring to blend. Add milk mixture to vegetables, bring to a boil, then add cheese, stirring constantly until cheese is melted.
