Knox unflavored gelatin 1 6 oz. pkg. cherry Jello 1/2 c. sugar 2 1/2 c. boiling water 1 c. pineapple juice (drained from crushed pineapple) 1 c. celery, finely chopped 1 c. apples, diced 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained 1 c. chopped nuts (opt.) 16 oz. can whole cranberry sauce Dissolve unflavored gelatin in 2 Tbsp. cold water. Blend with Jello mix and sugar. Add boiling water and stir until dissolved. Let cool briefly, then add pineapple juice. Place in refrigerator until it starts to thicken, not set. Remove and add celery, apples, pineapple, and nuts. Mash cranberry sauce and add to Jello mixture. Return to refrigerator and leave until set.
