3 oz. pkg. strawberry gelatin
3 oz. pkg. orange gelatin
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. fresh cranberries, finely chopped
1 apple, peeled and chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
8 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
1/4 c. pecans, chopped
whipped topping (opt.)
Mix gelatins in boiling water until well dissolved. Add cranberries
and place in refrigerator until it begins to thicken. Add
remaining ingredients. Spoon into square glass dish and chill
until set. If desired, top with whipped topping when served.
