1 pkg. lime gelatin 3/4 c. hot water 2 3-oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened 1 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise 1 tsp. prepared horseradish 1/4 tsp. salt 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 3/4 c. shredded unpared cucumber, drained 1/4 c. finely sliced green onions Dissolve gelatin in hot water; add cream cheese, salad dressing, horseradish, and salt. Beat with electric mixer or rotary beater until smooth. Add lemon juice; chill until partially set. Stir in cucumber and onions; chill until firm.
