8 c. salad greens 1 1/2 c. chopped celery 2 medium green peppers, chopped 1 medium onion, chopped 2 1/2 c. (10 oz.) frozen peas, thawed 1 c. mayonnaise 1 c. sour cream 3 Tbsp. sugar 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 lb. bacon cooked and crumbled Combine salad greens, celery, green peppers, onion, and peas; mix gently. In small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and sugar. Spread over top of the salad mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon. Cover and refrigerate for 12 hours or overnight.
