1 lb. bacon, fried crispy
1 head lettuce
1 small purple onion
1 small pkg. sunflower seeds
1 small pkg. slivered almonds
1 can rice noodles
Brown bacon and drain; break into small pieces. Prepare lettuce and
onions for salad. Add sunflower seeds, almonds, noodles, and
bacon. Add dressing.
4 Tbsp. brown sugar
6 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. safflower oil
Blend ingredients with a whisk. Dressing should be made the night
before and refrigerated. Add to individual salads at serving time.
